Love
Is the most complicated thing in life, it’s not just a word to people it’s an expression and used very loosely now a days.
- It’s complicated because; one it’s an actual emotion. It has the power to take control of ones mind and can complicate plenty of things. I have in fact been in love and I can honestly say, it’s the hardest thing to get rid of. Of course, I’ve also had my share of mistaking it for lust but who hasn’t?
Now, lets talk about everyone misconceptions… Like I said it’s complicated. It’s definitely hard to explain but people view love as being in a committed relationship, two people who feel the same exact way about each other etc. (You’re probably nodding your head in agreeance.) Well, if that is the case then why is there so many failed relationships? Why do people say they love each other one minute and the next they are bickering and sometimes to the point where they hate the person they love.. COMPLETELY… Many things can interfere in a relationship.. i get that. But, if we say we do love someone how come we can’t disregard certain flaws, mistakes and just accept the person we love for who they are. If you in fact actually love them?! I mean, I’m not saying i’m statistically correct nor do I have much experience in an actual commitment but, I know enough to know that love is just a word.
Before you use the word again to someone you think you love, think about that…
